
Our store is equipped to process orders from budgetary units and foundations with postponed payment terms. We encourage the following entities to take advantage of the convenient online ordering process and payment within 14 days after product shipment:
- local government and state administration units
- companies owned by local governments or the state treasury
- public and local government educational institutions, kindergardens and schools
- public universities
- foundations
- other budgetary units
How to place an order with postponed payment terms?
- Add the desired product to your cart.
- Click the "Order" button in the pop-up window that appears after adding the product to the cart.
Alternatively, click "Continue shopping" if you wish to add more products to the cart. - Once you have added all desired products to your cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen to proceed to checkout.
- Choose the delivery method, select the payment option "Postponed payment for budgetary units" and complete all required fields.
- Include any remarks or annotations that must appear on the invoice in the "Comments" field.
- You will receive a special form to sign, which must be printed, signed, and sent to biuro@pracowniahoreca.pl.
- Your order will be processed once the signed form is received.
- The VAT invoice with postponed payment terms will be issued on the day the order is shipped.
