Processing personal data

From May 25, 2018, Regulations EP and RE 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data apply. Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation, we would like to inform you that:

4) The recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions, and will also be made available to external entities providing accounting services, legal services, IT services, insurance and marketing services to the company.

5) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years from the date of the contract, and in the case of data processed with your consent - until the consent is withdrawn or the activity of Pracownia Horeca Maria Wysocka and its legal successors ceases, while the withdrawal consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that was carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

6) You have the right to: request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify, delete (the right to be forgotten) or limit processing, object to processing, transfer, and the right to withdraw consent.

7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the administrator contrary to Regulation EP and RE 2016/679.
