You can order shipment abroad only by contacting our sales department biuro@pracowniahoreca.pl. We send the goods abroad by DHL according their rates depending on country and parcel weight. You get the pro forma to pay it by bank transfer, if you want to order the goods outside Poland.

The delivery of goods ordered on-line is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Delivery time including transportation in Poland is as follows:

• for products that are on stock: 2-5 working days
• for products that we sew / import according to your order: 5-10 working days.
• for products with individual imprint, the implementation time is counted from the date of approval of the graphic design by the customer: 7-10 business days

Delivery time by courier companies to customers:

• Inpost up to 2 business days from the moment we send the parcel
• DHL maximum 2 business days counted from the moment we send the parcel

Cost of delivery in Poland:

Below is a summary of gross shipping costs with VAT. We calculate the dimensional weight of the shipment according to the formula: length [cm] x width [cm] x height [cm] / 5000. The values of the overall weights can be found in the product descriptions.

• Inpost parcel locker: PLN 14; payment on delivery + 2 PLN
• Inpost courier: PLN 16 or PLN 18,90 depanding on weight; payment on delivery + 2,5 PLN

Payment on delivery can be made by credit card or BLIK.
